    Scam Report

Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198167091999

    Victim profile: 76561198076888790

    What happened? Description:
He made a fake account, from the victim and tried to send me a trade offer, he wanted to confirm the knife first saying "it might be from illegal gambling sites". and he lied to me "mom is calling me wait" while he was making the fake account. As i saw he's already banned on steamrep he has a secound account wich is probably http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198110789163 as listen on his acc.

    Provide Evidence:
I closed out from the chat so chatlogs/simalar is lost. I assume he's already banned so he tired to scam more people you would believe me. His "alt" should be banned.

http://steamcommunity.com/id/MarieTessTrading/ this was his previous ID, and when i called him out on the 'scam" he instantly blocked us and changed his custom ID

Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
You have however not added anything else new to make a report valid.
Report user to valve as you should have done already
In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
