    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198167220248

    Victim profile: 76561198105508300

    What happened? Description:
    Accused copied profile picture and name of Steam user 76561198117597416. Sent a list of items they would like for me to trade them and asked if I would like a nice unusual or pure keys. Sent me a link to the inventory of the user they were impersonating. Was more than enough proof that they were a scammer.​

    @KingIsles Ok so what you gave wasn't going to be enough evidence to prove intent to defraud with impersonation.
    You need to disable image embed for starters in steam chat - see how it shows that image and not the link the user gave you?
    I have no idea what that image goes to so no proof so its no where near enough that they were doing anything wrong.
    I'm adding a screenshot from the users profile that shows the link to another profile like what you said but without that this report would have been rejected.
    Next time make sure you prove what you say not just say its more than enough and be done with it...put yourself in our shoes look at the evidence.
    I'll review this again shortly.

    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
