What happened? Description:

My cousin (owner accnout) has been stolen about accnout, and user who is using this accnout now is scammer!! he has been stolen about this acc at 18.6.2015 at night hours
I know about this thing, because he said me it on TS3, when we were calling ....
Now, I m trying to help him....Please would You help me ? to give him back his acc ?....or report him ....He made private profil, i and my friends we wrote a complain about scamm and wrote him on profile -rep, Scammer accnout !! before private profile ....And his logging name is romanciba, that is his name too, and my name is Honza Cibuzar, if you want my FB for check :
