What happened? Description:

PayPal gift money scam attempt. This guy gave me 26 euros on PayPal as gift for my AK. I mid deal suspected him being a scammer (and was right). I did not receive the money in my balance but it was sent. It says I will get the money in my balance in up to 24 hours. He pushed me to give him the AK. I pushed him to charge back. I wanted to send him his money back yet it did not appear in the balance! He said he could only charge back if he would have linked his account with a credit card. After a long pain in the ass, my friend realized he can not send gift money on PayPal without verifying your PayPal account, in the verifying process you MUST link your account to a credit card! Told him that, he freaked out, and you can see his memory and consistency skills at the proof. Enjoy!​

I like how he is being consistent of what he is saying. He didn't charge back yet.​
