What happened? Description:

I sent him a trade offer for his knife for four of my items then i accepted, and i had no knife but he had my items. I later checked my e-mail and it said that there was a trade offer i "accepted" before i even posted my trade offer.​

Trade Offer I sent, that resulted in an error. Trade offer I never accepted which took my items.​
