    What happened? Description:
    So basically i added this dude off outpost because he was selling tf2 keys for Paypal Cash. He added me 2 hours later when i had already bought keys from someone so i kindly rejected. Then he offered me Paypal cash for my Unusual Hat worth 28 Keys, which I thought was a great deal. I almost instantly was going to trade with him, then I checked his inventory and it was private which made me really suspicious. So I then checked him on steamrep and he is banned. He tried scamming me and then blocked me after exposing him, and I believe this account is the ALT of this account which was already trade banned and steam rep banned because when I pasted the accussed scammers profile into backpack.tf, this other profile came up>>http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197963400994

    Thanks - Do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out BEFORE you accept friend request) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    In fact user is already listed tags multiple times therefore this and all future reports will be Archived - Be sure to report the user to Valve as you should have done to start with as there is again nothing more we can do to them here.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
