I lost about IDR 740.000, please help.

Steamrep isn't valve. SR cannot get your money returned to you. All that can happen is a scammer tag. Until this report is processed to give him the tag, this will be linked in his profile, warning others.

It's ok no problem. but the problem is he always change his account after he get a victim.

SR cannot do much about him creating a new account. Once he tries to use it they can potentially see IP addresses, but that's it.

ok i scammed by the same guy. i lost 290.000 IDR today. and i think he not scam by only himself. i think its a syndicate. coz i see ur screenshot he said he dont have BCA bank account. but today i paid him via BCA.

This user has 6 pending reports and has struck again.
