What happened? Description:

My friend was asking if I could find people who were trying to buy TF2 items with Paypal. As an admin of a 11,000+ member group, I told him that I had many connections to other trustworthy people, however; I did not know of anyone buying. I decided to refer him to Wayne, as although I am not friends with Wayne, I know that he was buying TF2 backpacks for cash.

He continued to go on that he's going to buy a $600 unusual for $200 from his friend, and proceeded to say "Don't shark him, he's mine," or something along those lines. He said his friend unboxed the unusual "an hour ago" and told his friend that the unusual was $200 instead of it's actual price. His friend *apparently* went on to believe this. It looks like he is attempting to shark his friend. I removed him afterwards.​

Personally, I believe it deserves a caution, but I'm going to leave that up to SteamRep.

I'm only putting myself as the victim as there's no confirmed victim.​
