What happened? Description:

he got an item that its not tradable but giftable once. and i want to buy it but he wanted me to go first while his reputation in low 4 +rep only and 470 hours. he want me to trust him while on his fb account their is no face of him and he always trashtalks me that im noob and a scammer while he cant prove it so i decided to report him and i really hope he will get a permanent ban so he couldnt fool anyone else​

this is the steam offer that he sent to me. he wanted me to accept it and then when he got the items he will gift it while he is saying is a trusted trader while he only got a 4+rep on his profile non in dota2lounge nor noone even trusting him only the persons who help him scamming or his conspirator of all what he will do.​
