What happened? Description:

Everything started when I was looking to sell my 5 CS:GO Keys for 2m each
chief agreed on trading me on doing small Increments (one key per trade, I was willing to go first)
chief traded me in osrs and put in the ammount 10M (5 keys * 2M each) and accepted the first trade. I followed, I put in the 5 keys and checked ready on the trade.
I expected him to accept on the second window on osrs, but he didn't. He asked if I got error or something, then closed the trade. I was typing the following:
17:44 - You have accepted the trade request from chief.
17:45 - chief: glitched? (he closes the trade)
17:45 - I AM A BONOBO: okay so, please accept on osrs and I can accept on steam (I will ask you to wait 30 seconds just so I can accept the trade form the Steam app, please) also confirm it's you trading me 10M, my ign is bonn, is yours feihC?
17:45 - I AM A BONOBO: no not at all lol just typing
17:45 - You have accepted the trade request from chief. ( the trade opens, a second time)

I tell him the deal was to go by small increments, in case I was going first. chief simply put in 2M and did not accept at first, I put in one key, and told him to accept and place it on the second screen in osrs. He simply said:
17:45 - You have accepted the trade request from chief.
17:45 - chief: i aint going first
17:45 - I AM A BONOBO: okay, so we do 2m each trade
17:47 - I AM A BONOBO: just waiting for you to put it in the second screen on osrs
17:47 - chief: lmao

After I accepted(on both the Steam app and in Steam itself) and asked him to confirm the receiving of the key, he simply said:

17:47 - chief: lmao
17:47 - I AM A BONOBO: Accepted on steam app, please confirm you received the key
17:48 - chief: ty give +rep
17:48 - chief is now Offline.

I will provide every picture I can of chief's misdoings, seeing as he is not tagged in Steamrep nor any other website (Rep.tf, for instance).
