What happened? Description:

He tooked the valuable item out of the offer and clicked "MAKE TRADE" and then blocked, unfriended, changed name 2 times but the final one is "WATERMELONS" as i know please ban him, i lost 3 dolars because him. if you can report him to valve from his own steam profile please, all i want is him to get banned and also if you can, my items back if you cant get my items back its no problem at least ban him please. god bless.​

Provide Evidence:

first picture : thats not actually such a proof but i tought it would be usefull : he should've added a m4a1-s guardian but he changed it to that fast.
second picture: proof that he changed his name several times after the scam
third picture: proof that he blocked me after scamming
