    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam me around opskins (chose an item and then send him an offer with my items with nothing in return)​

    Provide Evidence:
    just want to make sure steamrep is aware of this user. he just deleted my after i said i won't send him an empty trade offer with only MY items in it.​

    Thanks - make sure you report the user to valve also - and in the future include all the chat just in case.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
