    What happened? Description:
    I put a trade up on csgo lounge and I got a trade offer from him saying he would pay me 200$ paypal if I traded him my item and put my paypal name in the message. I have never heard of him before and I think he is trying to scam me.​

    It looks as if he's really just trying to set up the deal but over the trade offer which isn't smart either way. You really need to discuss these types of deals 1 on 1. I'm going to mark this report as invalid as I don't see a scam happening here....add the user and discuss the trade like normal.
