    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt

    Accused profile: 76561198178581711

    Victim profile: 76561198422976957

    What happened? Description:
    I made a deal for $85 over paypal, and then when I sent the games the account backed out and said "Sorry, I just scammed you" and then left. I had filed a scam report against twfox, but as the people over at https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/Yh8Qz/h-hb-games-heart-of-iron-4-outlast-2-portal-knights#LU5Rfum let me know, the scammer was just impersonating twfox.​

    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
