    What happened? Description:
    The guy said that I would send him the item first and then he was going to buy a steam code and said he was going to send me the code but he didnt
    He just added me

    We spoke in skype aswell where we said like send it and I will send u the code
    So I sent him the item and then he hung off and blocked me​

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
