What happened? Description:

I looked up on CS GO lounge for people selling keys, and this guy was selling them for 1.85 per key apparently, He has tons of +Rep. I added him, and I told him my order and he gave me a paypal Email "[email protected]" I sent him the $74 for the 40 Keys I purchased. I waited for 30 minutes with no response, I looked at the comments on his profile of the +rep, I realized that all of those comments were rep for rep, basically everyone that gave +rep to him, he had given +rep back.​
