What happened? Description:

He basically has a steam rep of like level 60 and a very legit background offering trades on lounges for paypall money. He asked me to go first because obviously he claims he is a highger steam rep than me, he sent me a screen shot of the payment and i sent him the trade offer. How the f✿✿✿ is he able to get so many +reps and boast so highly for so long without anyone ever getting his ass​

Please make sure that he isn't able to make another person of his victim again, it is a cyber crime and crime that should be punished.
