    Report Type: [Trade Offer Fraud] Using Trade Offer URL fraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198183443850

    Victim profile: 76561198203782859

    What happened? Description:
    Accused of Fraud(Scamming) in trade by letting the seller send pending offer first then the scammer will take the item and unfriend immediately.

    The Scene:
    Seller was looking for a Hydra Operation pass on csgolounge then he added the seller and the scammer first offer was keys but the seller requested for a Hydra Operation pass after many minutes the scammer ask the seller to send a pending offer before the scammer send the operation then the seller found out that hydra operation is not yet out on opskins (The scammer is a opskins trader BEWARE) After that the seller checks his steamrep and found out that the scammer is a Fraud then he send a imgur image to the scammer that he is a Fraud Scammer then the scammer immediately unfriend the seller​

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    But since your evidence is edited we can't review this report.
    Be sure to report user to Valve instead

    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
