    What happened? Description:
    He asked to buy my keys which he has before plenty of times and was legit. So I gave him the keys and he scammed me. That s really it.​

    User is already tagged -appeal was denied - nothing more we can do here. You need to pay more attention to who you add or accept as a friend - you would have seen this.
    Best at this point to just report to to valve as again nothing more we can do here.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
