    What happened? Description:
    adds me to discuss about gambling site promotion. He will pay for promotion in "site money". The Problem is that myself need to deposit an amount of "skins" on the site to receive the money. Only withdrawing with depositing in first place.

    + there a two more accounts who have the same overlay as "searching Promoter" in the friendlist - both banned (steamrep, Valve)
