What happened? Description:

I was scammed of 20 keys through a paypal agreement. He did not send me them, and he removed me from his friendslist.​

Provide Evidence:

I added this user to buy keys from, we agreed to the price of 1.85 per key. After a while of fighting about fees, The scammer told me he would pay for it. I went first with the money as I assumed I could chargeback through friends and family option, but that wasnt possible. He told me that the money wouldnt instantly go through, and it would take 3 days ( proof 9, 21, 22, 23, 24 , 30 ). I believed it as ive heard other people experience the same thing. He also showed me that he had 0 balance on his paypal, but he probably just inspect element changed it, or sent the money to someone else. The link he sent me is picture #31 .
Just saying, the proof I have that the identity of the steam user is the same as the scammer, is that their paypal adress that we agreed upon to send to matches. See picture 6 and 7 for reference. I was supposed to get the keys 3 days after the agreement, the agreement took place during the 8th of july 2017, and thefore i was supposed to have the keys by 11th july of 2017, by my three last screenshots i will upload you will see I have not accepted any keys from the scammer, and that I sent an offer which he declined.​
