    What happened? Description:
    Offers 20 euro paysafecard in exchange for some of my skins. I refused and he tried to defend himself, then blocked me shortly after.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He blocked me shortly after and so I have lost the chat logs. Sorry for that. I have one screenshot though.

    I'm sure this is a scam, he tried to defend himself by saying he needed my skins for gambling sites and didn't want to buy them himself. Incoherent babbling, I guess.​

    No scam here - you can't just report someone assuming they won't pay you or you don't like their payment method offered.
