    Wanted me to list my knife on opskins, then sends me an offer from a fake bot account, assuming it was his alt account.

    Not a separate site - just a comm ban that works the same as a SR ban...nothing different uses same database so you know next time you come across a banned user just report them to Valve, delete em and move on -nothing more another tag will do to them here.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
