    What happened? Description:
    Saw this guy on csgolounge, he was buying cobble packages for money, so i added him.
    he got like 700 trades on csgolounge and alot +rep messages on steam profile so i believed him and then he blocked me.
    Unfortunately, first screen and full log without time logs

    I asked him if he could pay for my package with QIWI ( https://qiwi.com/ is a well known payment service in western europe) - You can see it on first screen.

    Also proof that he didnt pay me on Qiwi http://puu.sh/x1pug/d836d582df.jpg . unfortunately there is no english translation, but it says that there is no reports for today and zeros in USD graph.
