    What happened? Description:
    promised many weapon skins when putting in some of my skins. When confronted about payout, blocked my steam account and will not reply to messages. It is them because they are the only user that talked to me​

    Im not sure what you mean but all this shows is that you traded with him.... You would need more proof that he scammed you.
