What happened? Description:

he added me saying my account had a ban report on it and to contact a steam admin to remove it. he stopped messaging me after but it would most likely lead to me 'verifying my items' to the 'admin'​

Try to contact that steam admin support and tell them why you have pending ban report. Prove them that you are not involve in that report.
I think his online right now comment or add him so they can notice your pending ban report.
