What happened? Description:

I went to csgolounge.com to look for a quick trade for my AWP Pit Viper Field Tested. I found This "persons" trade M4A4 Tornado Factory New. Immediately it caught on my eyes so I demanded a trade on May 29 2015. Later it said I traded with "them" but I had my AWP still in my csgolounge.com resting inside my inventory. Firstly I thought strange so I checked my email and said trade is unavailable so I went on Steam and said my trade was complete. Then I saw the M4A4 Tornado but I was stunned when I saw Field Tested, I was sure that I haven't entered the wrong gun. Now I demanded a trade back at http://csgolounge.com/trade?t=73245267.​

Only Cropped confidential needs to secure my security information. My first time dealing with this and it has hurt me; I would suggest stopping this injustice right now to insure a good security and for the new people of the Steam community. I don't want anyone feeling the same way I am now or a putdown or impact on their lives. Please help: this is not just for me, it's for the future of Steam and gamers. I may be redundant because I want this to stop after the impact I am feeling today at May 29 2015.​

Sad about my AWP Pit Viper Field tested and I hope this never happens again. (To give people a brief insight about how I feel) [You have this beloved "object" that your dad use to possess. This means a lot to you and more than money or love can pay. Deep inside you have this emotional kind and sweet feeling that you enjoy and smile every time. One day you lose it and you go into a total melt down and weep for life, it may never be found again and you are teared up into shreds.

I'll be at most humble to those who will help me out in this dark time of my life. Helping me get back or maybe another skin would be nice and considerable. Any price any range is fine with me; if you do I will consider you as a life saver thank you.
