    No evidence what so ever so this report is invalid - you do realize to that this user is already tagged/banned here - there is nothing more we can do to them.
    You need to check out users better prior to accepting friend requests so you can spot this..should you come across another its best to just ignore/delete them, report to Valve and move on.
