    This guy just scammed a friend of mind who is new to steam. He promised to send my friend a steam key to Besiege in return for a copy of Terraria. My friend sent him the copy of Terraria and then this guy closes chat and blocks my friend. These scammers are just running wild on steam and valve does nothing.
