    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam me because I already know this method because my steam friend also talked this to me days ago and his situation has the same as mine because I read his conversation with the scammer.​

    How long have you known this user? Just added by them or did you know them for a good while?
    Thing is its been very very typical that users are hijacked and are not even in control of their accounts when this is being messaged.
    So make sure you report the user to Valve, they have the way to tell that and can lock the account down.
    Answer my questions please so I can review this either way.

    I am very sorry, friend. My account was compromised that time. It was compromised by this steam user who claimed to be a "Steam Admin": https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198037593618/. So, what ever I did past around 10:23 was not by me. I have provided photos of the moment I got scammed of my account and a statement from Steam Support that my account got compromised. Again, I'm very sorry that this happened to you. Hopefully this doesn't happen again to you, and hopefully I won't fall for scams as dangerous as the one I have fallen for.

    I am truly sorry, but I have already closed the chat window and blocked the user, so I can no longer provide better photos. But, I will explain on how I got compromised. First, I was told that I was reported for my items being duped. Then, I was told to contact a "Steam Admin". Afterwards, the "Steam Admin" instructed me to have my items "inspected" by sending them to him. Next, he asked for my Steam login name and confirm whatever he asked to to confirm through my phone and my email. Because I have followed what he told me to do thinking that he was a "Steam Admin", I have fallen for his scam. I lost my account at 28 April 2019, 10:23 PM GMT+8, and I recovered the account at around 29 April 2019, 8:57 AM GMT+8.

    I asked to see the ticket screenshot you provided FULL SCREEN - EVEN WITH TASK BAR showing.. that is the ONLY screenshot I asked for.
