    What happened? Description:
    Bought 5 CSGO keys for 9$ Paypal, he said he didn't get the paypal money, then proceeded to unfriend me and make his profile private.​

    Provide Evidence:
    He didn't trade me the keys, took the money and ran.​

    Open a paypal dispute. Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
