    Accused profile: 76561198199050311

    Victim profile: 76561197978566582

    What happened? Description:
    I was scammed by this user about 2 hours ago. The accused was offering paypal money for TF2 keys on TF2outpost.com. He was offering more money than average per key so it seemed like a good deal. I briefly checked out his profile and it looked fine. He was level 15 and I saw he had rep in his comments. I also looked at his steamrep profile and there were no bans on it. I regret not taking more time inspecting his profile because I see now that those rep comments were fake as shown by a random increase of them after March 26, 2016. Also, I see that he has no comments on his trades listed in TF2outpost.com. After I added him, he asked me the normal questions associated with buying with paypal and I told him my name to make sure he would send it to the right paypal. He rushed to make the deal and I accepted his trade offer for the keys. Shortly after, he blocks me on steam which is when I started collecting the evidence.

    I have attached screenshots of the initial chatlog, the original trade listing on TF2outpost.com, the trade offer for the keys, the fake rep comments on his profile, confirmation of his identity through link in the trade history, and the logs of my paypal showing that I didn't receive any money(I censor my last name for privacy).

    Also, I have a positive reputation on backpack.tf: http://backpack.tf/trust/76561197978566582 and have never been banned on this website.

    • Uncropped screenshot of your Inventory History in fullscreen from a web browser pointing your mouse on the accused's name so a hypertext URL will popup in the bottom left of your browser.
    • Uncropped screenshot of your PayPal Activity in detailed fullscreen.
    Reminder: Please DO NOT edit the screenshots in any way and provide them in fullscreen as mentioned above, preferably make a print screen so your whole screen is visible.

    Both your screenshots are cropped way too much, please make the screenshots again in fullscreen. Preferably make a print screen so your taskbar, start button and the URL bar is displayed too.
