    What happened? Description:
    Changed the description of his Strange rocket launcher to say ''Halloween: Pumpkin Bombs (spell only active during event)'' to trick people into thinking it was actually spelled in order to sell it for a higher price​

    Sorry you provided no acceptable evidence of any scam here, no chat/agreement noted thru steam chat screenshots as required.
    The description doesn't matter - they can make it whatever they want but you have no proof they tried to pass it off to you as such. If you have issues with names applied to items take that up with Valve as they are the only ones that can prevent it.
