    Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198199557877

    Victim profile: 76561198227986604

    What happened? Description:
    Accused told me "I'll give you 20 zł (PLN) for some of your scout and spy weapons !"
    When trade has done he gave me a fake paysafecard code,deleted and blocked me.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I sent all images I had.

    Now he tries to give me items back - trade on hold for 72 hours.
    I'll tell when he will close trade or trade will be accepted.

    What? If you feel you are going to be scammed then just cancel the trade - that is what it is there for.
    I'm having a hard time reading anything since your report evidence isn't in English too....but that is my suggestion here is to cancel the trade and save yourself the hassle.
