    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198200999305

    Victim profile: 76561198031749389

    What happened? Description:
    Never publicly contacted me, only on steam message after my advertisement.
    Messaged me saying he'd overpay by $40 (first thing he said, seemed fishy from here).
    Tried to convince me that it was impossible to refund Paypal gifts.
    Refused to use any middleman claiming they are all scammers.
    Asked him why he wouldn't buy keys from OPskins.com, trade them to me, saving over $50.; he gave me no reason after I insisted.
    Told him I was reporting him for scamming.
    He completely changed his name (obviously on to his next victim); alias' show him using multiple VERY different names; CS:GO only game at 53 hours, probably throw-away account.
    Obvious scammer is obvious.​

    description and screenie tells all... you can see the obvious facade he's hiding behind.​
