What happened? Description:

Wanted to buy Tom Savini Jason Skin DLC for Friday the 13th Game. And he scamed me. He wanted that I buy a game for him and go first. At first he warned me about another user which I wanted to trade first, that he is already banned. MrHouseParty 76561198066813035​

So I opened a thread, asking if anyone had the Savini Jason skin for me. He added me around an hour later, but was away for quite a while after that. MrHouseParty (76561198066813035) added me after that, and we agreed on trading the next day. Peenlick (76561198202228568), as he is called now, texted me right after i finished talking to MrHouseParty, saying that MrHouseParty was a fraud, even sent the link to this website. He said he knew that i was talking to MrHouseParty because he saw it in the activity log.
He then offered me the skin for less money than MrHouseParty did, but we then said that I would buy him a game. At first he asked for games that cost like 40 dollars, which was way over the price we agreed on (only 13 dollars). He then chose a game that cost 17 dollars, so we agreed on trading the next day.
During this whole process, he was constantly away, which made it impossible to have a proper, fluent conversation with him. He insisted on getting our key first, as he was uncomfortable doing the first step, as he didn't want to get scammed. We asked him about getting a middleman, but he instantly said he wouldn't mess with them. I told him about making the screenshots and that I would ban him, and he said that he would understand.
The next day, he said he wanted to finish the trade right now, as he wouldn't be online until tomorrow, why ever. Right before we started trading, he changed his profile picture and account name. I asked him why, and he said something about it being his team's new name or something.I suggested we send the keys at the same time, but he wanted to just "trade normally". Right after I sent him the key code, he went offline and blocked me.
Another thing that i found weird is that he was friends with MrHouseParty until last sunday. He, MrHouseParty, hasn't contacted me about the skin anymore.
Btw, now he is called cthuluhoop again.

I got scammed by 76561198202228568 as you can take by the screenshots. I wanted the Savini Jason Skin Key and gave him Kerbal Space Key. He took the key and blocked me.

These keys are no items. A 1 for 1 trade was not possible and this was clear from the beginning.

Yes, these are CD Keys. No items. You can also see in the chat log that I send him a Key Code. Then he should've sent me the Savini Jason Skin Code but he blocked me instead.
