    What happened? Description:
    I forgot to select his items, but right after sending the offer i knew that i had to confirm the trade through my email and could cancel
    but the trade was done and my items were in his inventory without me confirming via email​

    Unfortunately, I don't see a broken agreement here (we would need chat screenshots to see this). You sent the offer, and he accepted. You need to take the issue of not confirming by email up with Steam.
