    What happened? Description:
    ModMenu added me, claimed to have found me via some YouTube videos I posted in the past. He immediately started praising my inventory and making small talk before finally asking if I would agree to sell my inventory to him for cash.

    At this point, I told him I would never send items first and I preferred Bitcoin as a payment method. He agreed, said it was getting late and he would contact me the following day.

    Next day rolls around and he claims that I agreed I would send first. He proceeds to send me a trade offer for my entire inventory and says he'll send the Bitcoin after I send the items.

    Needless to say, I did not accept and later found out he was SteamRep banned for similar scams.​

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    Issue is this report is based off the assumption the user is not going to pay you - or disagrees with going first.
    We can't accept reports based off assumptions.
    You saw the user banned - at this point it would be wise to just report user to Valve, delete and move on.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
