    What happened? Description:
    This user had many trades +rep (16 pages) on his steam profile and he scammed me.

    Else it's a stolen account, else it's fake rep; in any cases this guy isn't a trustworthly trader.​

    +rep comments on a user's profile mean literally nothing. 99.9999% of the time they were bought comments. Steam level, lounge rep score, profile comments, and pretty much anything they have written in their profile page means nothing. The only thing that matters is a green tag on steamrep or posts in a cashrep thread. (and even with cashrep posts, do some checking & make sure the deals could have happened)
