    This user is an obvious impersonator he tried to do some scam on me but immediately called him out as an impersonator.​

    There is nothing obvious at all here.. .Impersonation alone is also not a reportable offense. You must prove and/or show proof of intent and there is none here.
    The very few words the user says at no point suggests they are doing anything wrong with any unreasonable intent to defraud.

    Declined as there is nothing here that suggests this user is guilty or doing anything wrong per policy.
