What happened? Description:

Alright so as far as i remember this guy was a regular pub player in tf2 and he added me after we won some games. By this time i stopped playing tf2 regulary and suddenly he says "hello", "how are you" , "i have some good news and bad news". He also linked me to a guide where he and some other guys are represented as "steam admins", see link for more info https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1448511232#2640118
He said some random user report one of my items for being a duplicate and that i have to appeal it somewhere to have it checked obviously i wasted some of his time and then he went offline after the last line (see screenshots)​
