    What happened? Description:
    site on twitter making giveaways not that big, saw streamers playing it on youtube
    and said why not lets deposit and lose some money, got banned after deposting​

    So this user is already tagged/banned - nothing more we can do to them here.
    You need to check out users better before accepting friend request.
    Since you didn't provide no real good evidence of any more scamming by this user - report is invalid I'm afraid.
    Report them to Valve as you should have done already

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
