    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198212402073

    Victim profile: 76561198053346415

    What happened? Description:
    The guy added me a while before things happened and it took some time before he began sending me messages.
    He seemed like a legit and cool guy when I viewed his profile while talking to him.
    With about 1800 trades and almost 20k steam market transactions + screenshots, comments, etc I thought this guy would be legit. We talked and he offered 200$ in Steam wallet codes.
    Since I was not interested in having that much on steam I wanted him to transfer to my PayPal.
    He said he could go with that and said he would transfer the money in 30 seconds after he had seen the trade go through. Then I traded him the items and he said he transferred the money through Western Union and that it would take about three days.
    I thought this was wierd (why not just send them through paypal?), but decided to wait for three days. After three days had gone by I checked my PayPal acc and saw no transaction from anyone. I have been trying to contact him, but no answers even though he is online on Steam and I cannot comment on his profile to get any response there either. After a couple of days I found out that he had blocked me.​

    no you appear to be cutting off the bottom =task bar etc.... tabs and so on- that is fulll screen which is everything you see we need to see.

    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
