    What happened? Description:
    Offered me 50 usd steam walled code for my vivid plasma engineers cap.
    I baited him and said i would accept it and he keept asking if im going to​

    Right sending an offer but your assuming the user wouldn't pay you - you have no idea if they would or wouldn't have is what I'm getting at.
    So is that the case?

    Well I don't know that answer - that user could report you for the same reason...right?
    They would be exactly where you are with assuming someone wouldn't pay them or trade them.
    I'm sure you would be just as upset - now is the user guilty? Innocent? I really can't tell that cause they could have said they would have paid you with a valid code and been right.
    The user has another report pending for a similar reason and it may hold water but this one doesn't appear that way.

    he also told me later ,after i posted it, that the guy he wanted the code from didnt give it to him "
    super size: smh that guy didn’t put in the code right or something and didn’t want to talk about it while being . very rude"

    I get waht you mean and i understand it, but as you said isnt it kinda weird that he has 2 reports on this.
    Also that suddenly the code wasn't right?

    Understand but this report is rejected on the grounds that I mentioned - just can't take reports on assumptions.
