What happened? Description:

He randomly added me and said he would give me a "gift", of $200 from HIS personal PayPal account. I noticed that he had 5 pending reports and read them before our conversation began. I never knew him, or heard of him before this.​

From looking at other SteamRep reports from you, it would seem that you continue to add other people randomly and ask them this same question, and that it's probably a phishing link. Nice try however, and enjoy your SteamRep ban soon to be coming.
