    What happened? Description:
    He proposed an offer for 3 of my items. he said he would pay me by paypal and that I had to send him the items first. I sent him only one of my items so i would lose less money if he were a scammer.He then added one of his friends from his friend list and I asked them if he was honest and they said yes. I sent him the item and then he sent me a BILL for the agreed price instead of a payment. He kept on saying that I had his money even though I didn't. I cancelled his payment and then asked for my item back. He then told me to give all 3 of my items to him and then he would give the agreed money. I asked him again politely to give me my item back or pay the bill for the agreed price but he kept on refusing. In the end he admitted that he scammed.​
