    What happened? Description:
    He offered to buy my knife via PayPal, but he sent me an invoice saying that the money will arrive in 24 hours, which is fake because I just saw a video about that new way of scam. I tried to trust him saying that I will send it when I see the money on my balance, but he refused and started to try to scare me saying that he will report me and that things. Finally, I mentioned him about his ban here on Steam Rep and he just blocked me xD.​

    Yeah you do realize now that this user was already banned/tagged here - nothing more we can do to them.
    In fact they have been banned here for almost 4 years.
    This will be the last report we even review for this user if accepted.
    I need a FULL screenshot of the invoice you were sent - not that cropped version you gave me.
    Also need to see your paypal activity for last several days to present.
    Along with the email you received about the invoice.
    Lastly - in the future you need PC full screenshots of the chat logs not what you did there as those are almost nearly unacceptable.

    Declined - lack of follow up - the user was already tagged/banned here to start with - I suggest you avoid users like this in the future and check them out better.
