    What happened? Description:
    he contacted me, saying i won an unusual , but because steam glitch he first had to send me an offer for my unusual....​

    Provide Evidence:
    all evidence needed is in the printscreen, after he deleted me from his friend list, he put his profile on private, before that, only his inventory was private.​
