    What happened? Description:
    Without even talking to me this person sends me an empty trade offer for a TF2 item. I tried to talk to him and ask him what his intends are but he won't talk back to me. Not sure what he's trying to pull.

    Chat log is in Dutch. I asked him 'Why are you trying to scam me?', then asked him 'Ever heard of Steamrep?'.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Added two screenshots, one of the empty trade offer and one of the little chat I tried to have with him.​

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
