    What happened? Description:
    I posted a trade, I wanted to swap my pudge arcana for a phantom assassin arcana. When I went to steam I received a friend request from him and asked me if I was looking to trade my arcana. I WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR AN ARCANA SWAP, but he wanted to trade all my arcana for something about opskins, after he told me about opskins.com I looked it up in the internet if they use that site to scam players, turns out they do. so luckily I found out that he was gonna scam me before it happened. When I checked his account in steamrep.com, I found out that he was reported and banned from other games already. But I don't get it why he is still not banned from steam.​

    Should you come across a user like this again upon checking them when you accept as friends, its best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.

    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
